Terms and Conditions of Use
PARDON OFFICES assists its clients and acts on their behalf to obtain either a Canadian Pardon (Record Suspension) from the Parole Board of Canada, a U.S. Entry Waiver from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), or both. PARDON OFFICES does not provide legal advice.
By using our services, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the following:
Scope of Services & Authorization
PARDON OFFICES will open and manage my file for a Canadian Pardon (Record Suspension), a U.S. Entry Waiver, record destruction, or a combination of these services. I authorize PARDON OFFICES to communicate on my behalf with all government agencies involved in the pardon process, including but not limited to the RCMP, local police departments, courts, and the Parole Board of Canada, in order to complete my application.
By completing the online application, I expressly authorize PARDON OFFICES to act on my behalf for a Canadian Pardon application with the Parole Board of Canada and/or a U.S. Entry Waiver application with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. I also accept payment of the selected service.
Fees & Payments
Standard service fees are $495 (taxes included) per service, subject to increase for complex or specific cases.
Express service fees are $590 + HST.
Payment plans require $166 per month per service for a total of $495 per service.
Failure to respect the payment plan authorizes PARDON OFFICES to charge the remaining balance immediately. Late fees and interest may apply.
All fees paid to PARDON OFFICES are for file preparation and administrative services only and do not include government processing fees, which are:
$50 payable to the Receiver General of Canada (Parole Board of Canada)
$585 USD payable to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security
These government fees are subject to change at any time.
Applicant Responsibilities
The applicant must:
Remain law-abiding throughout the entire process
Provide all requested documents and information promptly
Submit fingerprints, police checks, reference letters, and detailed offence information as required
Provide two valid pieces of identification (passport, driver’s license, etc.)
Any delay caused by the applicant may result in additional costs for which the applicant is responsible.
Important Process Disclosures
PARDON OFFICES prepares and submits Canadian Pardon applications to the Parole Board of Canada.
For U.S. Entry Waivers, the applicant is solely responsible for submitting the application to U.S. Customs.
Processing times vary and depend on multiple factors including number of offences, offence dates, court cooperation, RCMP processing times, and agency availability.
The overall process may take up to 24 months.
Estimated timelines (non-guaranteed):
RCMP federal processing: 120+ days
Court record retrieval: 3+ months
Local police checks: up to 6 months, especially in major cities
No Guarantee of Approval
PARDON OFFICES does not guarantee approval of a Canadian Pardon or U.S. Entry Waiver. No refunds will be issued if an application is refused by the Parole Board of Canada or the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
PARDON OFFICES is not responsible for delays caused by the RCMP, courts, or other government agencies, nor for decisions made by these authorities.
Confidentiality & Document Handling
PARDON OFFICES makes every reasonable effort to protect client confidentiality and personal information. However, we are not responsible for the loss or damage of documents during mailing, particularly when using Canada Post or other courier services.
Clients are responsible for sending documents via registered mail. Lost documents sent by the applicant are not the responsibility of PARDON OFFICES.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
Fees are non-refundable after 48 hours from the application date.
The initial payment of $166 per service represents file-opening and administrative fees and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
After 48 hours, the full service fee becomes immediately due.
Cancellations are accepted only through the official cancellation form. Email or phone cancellations will not be accepted.
Cancellation requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt of a signed cancellation form.
If payments are refused or unpaid, collection services may be engaged and the client’s credit history may be affected. Legal action may be pursued if necessary.
For cancellations within 48 hours, an administrative cancellation fee of $166 per service applies (or $330 if both Pardon and Waiver services were selected). After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued.
File Closure & Data Deletion
Upon cancellation, the applicant authorizes Pardon Offices Inc. to permanently delete all files, documents, and communications related to the application. Deleted files cannot be recovered.
Any file left inactive for more than two years may be closed without completion.
Applicants must request the return of original documents before submitting a cancellation request, otherwise documents may be permanently lost.
Express Service Disclaimer
The express service applies only to internal file processing at PARDON OFFICES. Government agencies control actual processing times.
Final Acknowledgment
I understand that:
PARDON OFFICES has no control over decisions, timelines, or outcomes issued by government agencies
All fees paid are for preparation services only
Government fees are separate and mandatory
Full payment is required for file submission
After 48 hours, no refunds are possible
